TRADECIDE / LEGAL DRAFT
Terms & Conditions
Draft for review. Updated 3 November 2026. Confirm the outstanding legal and checkout details before publication.
1. About the service provider
TRADECIDE is operated by Aleš Mísař, a sole trader / individual entrepreneur. Business address: Beckovská Vieska 628, 916 31 Kočovce, Slovakia. Business Registration Number (IČO): 57 977 381. Email: support@tradecidetrading.com. These terms apply to TRADECIDE services purchased from this operator. Your checkout confirmation identifies the product, provider, billing period and purchase terms that apply to your order.
2. Our educational services
TRADECIDE provides educational trading content, the free TRADECIDE Baseline introductory course, a paid TRADECIDE Education course offered through Whop and a recurring paid Community Membership that grants access to private Discord channels. Community Membership includes market outlooks, community calls, educational discussions and Q&A sessions. Joining the Discord server does not include access to these paid features. Course access and Community Membership are separate purchases unless an offer expressly includes both. Services are educational and informational, not personalized investment recommendations, investment management or a promise of any trading outcome.
3. Membership and account access
Community Membership requires a compatible Discord account and confirmed payment through our existing Stripe-powered Discord membership application. Following payment confirmation, the application assigns a membership access role to the corresponding Discord account. You must comply with Discord’s platform rules and TRADECIDE’s reasonable community rules. Keep your account secure and do not share paid access. If access is not assigned, email support with your Discord username, purchase email and transaction reference. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private authentication tokens. We will investigate payment and access issues and provide appropriate assistance or remedies.
4. Prices, billing and renewal
The Community Membership plans are €49 for one month, €129 for three months and €245 for six months. All plans provide the same Community Access; only the billing duration differs. Each plan automatically renews for the same billing period unless canceled. The final payable total and any applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Before launch, whether the displayed plan amounts include VAT or taxes are added at checkout must be confirmed against the actual Stripe configuration. Do not purchase unless the final total, renewal amount and interval are clear to you. Paid Whop course pricing and access conditions appear on its separate product page.
5. Canceling future renewals
You can cancel future renewals through Stripe Customer Portal, available from the TRADECIDE Discord membership application, without needing to contact support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the currently paid billing period. Access normally remains active until that period ends, subject to applicable law and legitimate account restrictions. If you cannot access the portal, email support for assistance. Canceling automatic renewal is different from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Refunds and statutory consumer rights
Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation, unused membership time and statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, refunds, conformity or services not provided as agreed. Ongoing Discord membership is not automatically exempt from withdrawal rights simply because it is accessed digitally. Any immediate-service request, waiver or acknowledgment must meet applicable legal requirements before it can affect those rights.
7. Educational materials and intellectual property
Educational videos, analyses, graphics, recordings, materials and other protected content remain the property of the relevant rights holders. A purchase grants a limited personal-use right to access the purchased materials under the stated product conditions. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sharing paid access or public reproduction is not permitted. These restrictions do not override statutory exceptions or other mandatory legal rights.
8. Community participation and moderation
Participation must be respectful and lawful. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized advertising and unauthorized distribution of paid materials are prohibited. We may take proportionate moderation measures, including warnings or access restrictions, where reasonably necessary to protect members or address serious or repeated breaches. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support. Restrictions or operator termination do not eliminate mandatory refund rights or consumer remedies.
9. Financial risk
Trading involves financial risk and possible loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Certificates, funded account achievements and prop firm payouts show individual outcomes and are not necessarily representative. No profit, successful evaluation or other financial result is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consider independent professional advice where appropriate. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Availability and changes
Reasonable maintenance and third-party platform outages may affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to address service problems. Material changes to recurring paid services must respect applicable contract and consumer protection requirements, including any required notice, reasons, consent, cancellation options or remedies. We do not reserve an unlimited right to remove the essential benefits of a paid service without the protections required by law.
11. Complaints and support
Send questions, billing problems, access issues or complaints to support@tradecidetrading.com. Explain the issue and include relevant purchase information and your preferred remedy. We will assess the matter and communicate next steps in accordance with applicable complaint-handling requirements. Do not send sensitive payment or account-security information. Your statutory remedies remain available if a complaint is unresolved.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
Slovak law provides the basic governing framework, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of habitual residence. You may seek available alternative consumer dispute resolution after trying to resolve a complaint with us, where the statutory eligibility conditions apply. The competent ADR body and required business register disclosures must be confirmed before publication. These terms do not require consumers to use an unavailable or obsolete online dispute resolution service, or prevent access to a competent court.
